The space is comfortable, convenient, and functional - everything you need to feel at home for a night, or for a month. This space was designed to give you the peace of nature while staying in the hustle & bustle of the city. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking like pots, pans, spatulas, knives, electric stove, microwave, toaster, etc. Keep your morning routine going with a freshly brewed coffee. Perfect for budget travelers, visiting Alumni, and folks who are in-between housing. Located in a large, secure apartment building that contains only studio apartments, the guest will be located on the 2nd floor. Grab some rest on the comfy queen bed, or tune into your favorite shows & movies on the Roku TV. (NO CABLE but can login with your TV provider to watch some channels) or connect your laptop to the high-speed internet and get some work done. Your safety is our top priority. We sanitize high-touch areas, down to the doorknob using only CDC-recommended cleaners and disinfectants. Housekeepers wear masks & gloves and follow extensive cleaning checklists that follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Guest access You have full access to the entire studio apartment - all to yourself via electronic keypad lock. You also have access to the shared common area in the hallway. Please be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building. During your stay Guests can self-check-in via the smart lock keypad and are able to come and go as they please during their stay. I am available 8:00 AM - 1:00 AM to answer any guest-related questions and am happy to accommodate you :) Other things to note **Absolutely NO smoking. 10pm quiet hours. No refund for violation** **Extra cleaning fee if the carpet is stained, it's brand new** ** Please note that, due to normal wear and tear, the carpet may have a few minor stains.
