Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House. The space The Carriage House was built in 2011 and is situated on a long dead-end street on 9.3 acres with a small spring at the back. The land is heavily wooded with a beautiful view to the north. There are only two buildings on the property, the Carriage House and the Bosserts' house, so you will enjoy as much peace and quiet as you would like. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 9.3 acres except for the area immediately surrounding the Bosserts' house. Bring some close-toed shoes and explore the property. Other things to note We provide both a 12-cup drip coffee maker with Colombian roast coffee and a Keurig-style coffee maker with a set of 6 K-cups to get you started. We also provide continental breakfast (honey buns and muffins) and items to cook your own breakfast if you would like (such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and breakfast bowls) as well as snacks like popcorn, snack bars, Pop Tarts, yogurt and bottled water. All food and beverages are complimentary.
