The space Surrounded by lawns, flowers, blueberry fields, and woods, you'll listen to the tolling of the harbor bell off the point. The property is on a quiet road, the land across the road is forever wild, and the woods are a charming mix of deciduous and evergreen trees, with wild turkeys and foxes crisscrossing the property. MAIN HOUSE: Perfect for large groups! A well-equipped high-end kitchen with granite countertops, Viking range, and two fridges separates two large living/dining spaces with high ceilings and large glass doors that frame the beautiful Maine views. Light a cozy fire and play board games on a foggy day, or open the sliding glass doors wide on a sunny day and head out to the lawn to grill, lie in the hammock, or play croquet, badminton, and corn hole. Bedroom 1: The master suite features a queen bed, high ceilings, en suite bathroom, desk with a view of the Maine woods, and a private balcony. Bedroom 2: The airy loft bedroom features a queen bed, lovely views on both sides, desk, and en suite half bath. Bedroom 3: This charming bedroom features a queen bed, a desk with a view of the blueberry field, and a shared full bath. Bedroom 4: This room includes twin beds that can be converted to bunk beds. COTTAGE: Perfect for your guests who want privacy and quiet, this charming rustic cottage lies a short stroll across the blueberry field from the main house. High ceilings and skylights bring in sunshine to the single living/dining space, while the bedrooms provide cozy retreats. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a queen bed with a high-quality mattress. Bedroom 2: The smaller bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed that could be used by a couple or two singles. STUDIO: A newly constructed studio (10' by 16') is steps from the main house, with private deck, large desk, internet, queen sofabed, and en suite bathroom. Guest access Croquet, badminton, and cornhole sets are provided, plus of course a grill, and the blueberry field! Indoors you'll find board games, art supplies, and toys for kids, along with all the fittings of a high-end kitchen. Ample parking for six vehicles at the main house, plus two more places for parking at the cottage 200 feet further down the road (past the main entrance).
