Our fabulous weather and appealing home are a dream come true vacation opportunity for couples and families. Our condo is a ground floor unit with no stairs. There is a single car attached garage for your vehicle and recreational gear. An electric grill on the patio will please the chef who loves to barbecue delectable fare. Open and spacious floor plan offers stylish living for a family or couples. Great room is arranged to enjoy stunning views of the beautiful outdoors or favorite shows on the large screen TV. Wifi and Cable TV are provided. Condo is well appointed and provides a comfortable home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen opens into dining area and family room to ensure everyone is included in the conversation and fun. The kitchen is designed to keep the cook happy and provides generous counter space for prepping and serving healthy feasts. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The dining area has table seating for 4 and is perfect for casual or formal dining. Highchairs are available to rent. The laundry area and door to the garage are in alcove adjoining the kitchen. Laundry tasks are quick and easy with the new washer and dryer enclosed behind bifold doors. The bedroom floor plan is split. Attractive primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and doors to access the private patio at the back of the condo. The primary bath features a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The second bathroom can be accessed from the entrance foyer and second bedroom. A hair dryer and soap are provided. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The heated community pool and hot tub are a short walk from the unit for refreshing dips and soothing relaxation. The Superstition Springs Shopping Mall and numerous other shopping experiences are less than a 5 minute drive from the neighborhood. Red Mountain Fitness Center, an 8 minute drive, has an exciting weight room and lots of drop-in group fitness classes as well as drop in basketball and an indoor rock climbing wall. It's a short commute to Riverview and Sloan Parks, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Mesa Arts Center, Salt River and many other exciting local attractions. Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix and the mountains are easy to visit on our modern highway system. Home is well appointed and comfortable - the ideal retreat! All that's missing is YOU! We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
