In Dillsbor, near the Post Office there is a charging Station, where you can charge your Electic Vehicles.The area offers something for everyone, outdoor adventure opportunities, a more urban or cultural experience, a visit to Harrah's Casino, a train ride on the Polar Express , a relaxing day at the spa or a romantic getaway.! If you prefer to stay at the house, enjoy relaxing on the rocking chairs on the front porch while looking out at the mountains. The afternoon lighting is especially nice as the sun sets behind the mountains. The porch has a gate, so small children can play there while moms relax. there is a small metal table on the front porch which can be used for dining for one or two or for holding a laptop. There is also a fenced in yard. The house is in a quite neighbor hood and it is set up especially as a guest house. Other things to note Although Hurricane Helene did have a major impact on Asheville and and nearby areas, the areas of Sylva, Dillsboro and Bryson City were not impacted as much. There is plenty to do in the area. The restaurants, breweries and shops in the area are up and running. There is whitewater rafting, flyfishing, Ziplining in the Nantahala Gorge, Cherokee to visit and the Great Smoky Mountain Railway to ride on.
