Cozy, cute, 1 bedroom apartment that is steps from the front of the Ocean Resort Casino, beach and boardwalk. Located in the Uptown Inlet area of Atlantic City with an amazing view of the Absecon Lighthouse. The unit is perfect for a nice getaway with friends or a couples retreat. The space 3rd floor, industrial style one bedroom apartment a few blocks from the beach. The apartment is best suited for 2 people or a group of 4. KITCHEN: -The kitchen has a refrigerator, appliances to cook, basic cooking ware, small table and coffee machine. -Windows in the living room and kitchen have a slight view of the ocean and beach. LIVING ROOM: -The living room is furnished with a loveseat and pull out sofa to sleep more people. -There is a smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) for your viewing pleasure. -There is a bar top attached to the wall with a giant wall scrabble board to entertain your group, along with other games. BEDROOM: -The bedroom has a queen size bed and 1 fold down futon sofa, as well as a queen size large air mattress. -Smart TV BATHROOM: -The bathroom has a stand-up shower. AMENITIES: -The unit has many amenities such as comfortable linens, towels, WiFi, full kitchen with all working appliances, Iron, shower products, and other small things that will help your stay be more comfortable. DECK: -The deck of the building has a great view of the Absecon lighthouse, beach, and casino strip. HVAC: -The building is an older building, so the temperature is regulated and preset for the whole building. -There is no separate temperature control in the apartment. -The unit has two air conditioner window units, one in the bedroom window and one in the living room window. -It can sometimes get very warm, so that is why we leave the air conditioner units for guests to use. Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment. -Guests will enter in and out of the apartment through the back entrance on the 3rd floor, unit 3. -The unit does have a door in the living room that exits to the front of the building. -To get to this Apartment you have to walk up two flights of stairs. Staircase is well lit. -We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. As an older property, it does show some signs of wear and tear, including dated finishes and furnishings, which are reflected in the pricing. While it may not have modern updates or luxury amenities, the home is functional, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
