A large deck connects with the dock for you to sit out on the water itself. The large maple tree gives plenty of shade on the hot summer days. A 100 foot dock stretches to a 8 x 16 Tee at the end, with exceptional fishing all around it. The upper floor has 4 good sized BR's. 2 of the bedrooms have king sized beds, 1 BR has a double bed, and the fourth has 2 twin beds and a crib. The 2 bedrooms with the king beds offer lake views. The main floor offers a entry area with a full bathroom, and extra refrigerator. It opens into a catch-all room with hooks, and cubbies, along with storage for food. The kitchen is small and cozy, but offers all the necessities. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Off the kitchen and catch-call room is the main family. This space is about 15 by 30 and has seating for 12. Finally the 4 season porch has a dining room table and seating for 5 to enjoy bug-less evenings. The rear of the house has a covered porch and propane BBQ. The backyard has area for kids to play, or just relax away from the lake. To park there is a newer 4 car garage, along with 2 spaces next to the garage. Guest access You will have the entire house and yard to yourself. There is a shared sandbox in the front for the kids, but no one besides our cottage usually uses it.
