Our home is directly facing the Atlantic Ocean. No back side Gulf home with algae green water, no canals to navigate, no other houses in front, just open Atlantic. Well you do see Melody Key on the horizon but besides that sunrise to the left, sunset to the right. The house has its own private boat ramp and deep water davits for up to 40 ft boat . The wooden dock surface is currently not usable. The free standing house is ideal for 4 persons but we admit up to 6 (one large MBR plus pull out).
