Steps away from spring fed Woodland Lake, public beach, canoeing, close to trails in Lake County, this infamous spot known as the Winchester House (nicknamed after the famous home of Sarah Winchester) share the door to nowhere, & under improvement since originally built in the late 30’s. Cleaned & disinfected after each guest. The space Open floor-plan boasts two bedrooms, and room to sleep two more on couches. Wood stove, high end appliances, shower and bathroom, washer and dryer Guest access Entire place Other things to note Entire place is cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival for your safe stay. Fall colors are a favorite time, and Holidays with families top the many times people want to stay with us. High end appliances allow you to cook any meal. Bird watchers delite! Tremendous variety of birds from the area come to the feeder everyday. Several Bald Eagles spotted in the area. Fire pit available. There is wood along the fence line available. Please do not take any wood from covered stacks, also please always make sure fire is completely extinguished before going to leaving area. Multiple Fire extinguishers located throughout the property. Please Use water to put out fire pit. Guests will be invoiced for discharged fire extinguishers used improperly. Any additional cleaning will be assessed at check-out. Over and above cleaning, repairing, any damaged furniture, or home contents will be assessed additional fees. If Emergency Services are called you will be invoiced for the call, and incur a fine of no less than $1500.00 plus lost income. Absolutely No Smoking, vaping, or gatherings of any kind will result in a fine, smoking anything aside will incur a fine $1500.00 (minimum) fee for deep cleaning. Property
