The Kingfisher: Amazing views & sunsets over Keuka

The Kingfisher Chalet is a cozy vacation home with incredible views of Keuka Lake. Located on 6 private, wooded acres on Keuka's east side halfway between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Close to several top-notch wineries, restaurants, and all that the Finger Lakes region has to offer. You will love the spacious porch for a morning coffee, grilling and eating dinner, and sipping a glass of wine while watching the amazing sunsets. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome to enjoy our space. The space The Kingfisher Chalet is suitable for 8 people. We offer 3 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom, and 2 modern bathrooms. Amenities include wifi, cable TV*, outdoor fire pit, and 4+ parking spaces. You will find everything you need for cooking at home including drip coffeemaker, french press, crockpot, juicer, outdoor grill, and more. *Our cable TV package is SlingTV Blue package. We do not have local channels. SlingTV offers 42 channels including CNN, Comedy Central, HGTV, BBC, Lifetime and more. We cannot guarantee you will get every program or event you want to watch. The upstairs floor includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and each with a view of the lake, shared bathroom, kitchen / dining room, living room, and access to front and side porches. The downstairs floor includes the master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom (and view of the lake), one small bedroom with two single beds, and laundry room. The front porch includes a large wicker couch, swinging glider, & several extra chairs. The side porch is right off the kitchen and ideal for eating dinner outside. Includes a large patio table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining & propane grill. At the front of the house is a large grassy yard for playing games or having a campfire. The large wooded area behind house includes old hiking paths and a scenic ravine. The property is very private. The house includes an outdoor firepit and cornhole board games. Guests supply their own firewood. There are several places nearby selling firewood and often times you will find leftover firewood on the property. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Our property offers amazing views of Keuka Lake but we do not have private beach access. Two quality public beaches are 10 minutes away. While we do have a wood-burning fireplace inside the house, we do not use and maintain it. It’s too much of a liability. The outdoor firepit is splendid.
