While we strive to minimize noise, you may hear footsteps or sounds and some noise from our friendly small cat upstairs. Prime Location: The apartment is licensed by Montgomery County (STR22-00004) and located in a convenient and safe area. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this suite offers a hotel-like experience in the comfort of a home. I’m nearby and available to answer any questions or address concerns during your stay. We kindly ask that you respect the house rules, maintain quiet hours, and observe our no-event and limited-visitors policy. Book now for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Guest access You will have the entire basement with your own entrance. Laundry access is on-demand for short-term stays, but if your stay is longer than five days will have full access to it. We expect you to use laundry reasonably as this is not a commercial equipment. If you stay longer than two weeks you should share laundry with me. I will only use it on agreed-upon time once or twice per month. The backyard is huge and you can use it, there is a dedicated table and chairs for you, but you may see us on the porch sometime. Other things to note The place is for two people but we can accommodate children as well. It is not for parties, events, loud conversations, frequent visitors or loud music. It’s the perfect place to relax, study, work, or visit the area. You will have everything you need for your stay - toiletry, tea/coffee, slippers, hairdryer. We have quiet hours from 11 p.m. till 7 a.m. and we ask you to respect it and neighbors and limit movement during these hours. A single electric stove is provided for light cooking. You will also have tea, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a small oven in the kitchen. If the stay is longer than 2 weeks, you should share the laundry room located in the basement with me. There is a large backyard and there is a table and chairs to be used by you. The internet signal is also available in the backyard. We leave here, so you will hear us walking, if sensitive to noise factors this in. Also, there are stairs after you enter, and factor this in if have kids or mobility issues. We have free street parking in front of the house, but sometimes on weekend evenings, you may not find a spot right in front of the house but close by. No recreation smoking anywhere on the property, territory or nearby.
