You will want to pick up a bag of ice. Screened in porch is a guest favorite. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. Please remove your shoes 2. Please treat this home as your own and be respectful 3. Lock all exterior doors including the screen door on porch when you leave 4. Do not smoke anywhere on the property 5. Do not engage in illegal drug use of any kind, anywhere on the property 6. All parties need to be discussed with owner and approved 7. Respect the neighbors, no noise after 9pm 8. Please, take trash to the street on Monday 9. Please pick up animal excrement IF APPROVED BY OWNER 10. Do not park on grass 11. Please put thermostat back to 74 degrees in summer and 66 degrees in the winter 12.
