Downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Pasadena, Hollywood, Glendale, and Burbank are all easily accessible by car. The space Bright, open, and filled with natural light, this guest house features high ceilings in the main living area and a lofted sleeping area above. The style is modern, warm, and cozy, with a minimalist, clutter-free design. The lofted sleeping area features an Avocado Organic Queen bed and hardwood floors. Downstairs, the space includes polished concrete floors with radiant floor heating, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and in-unit laundry. An AC and heat unit, along with a bathroom ceiling heating fan, are also provided. The custom-built kitchenette is equipped with a stove, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, and a full set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, and flatware. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. A 50” Smart TV with streaming apps is available. Guests may log in using their own accounts. A private, landscaped patio directly outside the sliding doors is for guest use only and offers a quiet place to relax. Please note: the lofted bedroom has a low ceiling (5 ft 7 in), which may feel tight for taller guests. Guest access You will access the guest house using the path along the fence line of our property. For guests with heavier luggage, please note that the guest house is located down a garden path with pea-stone gravel and two sets of steps. Roller bags may be difficult to push on this surface. Please use this gravel path and the wooden stairs for entry and exit during your stay. The private outdoor patio for guest use is directly in front of the sliding doors of the guest house. Free street parking is available in front of the house and on nearby streets. Please do not park in the driveway.
