Quick access to 880/92/San Mateo bridge. 11 miles to Facebook by Dunbarton bridge. 16 miles to Tesla-Fremont. The space It's 640 square feet of living space that is bright with abundant natural light. It sits above a 3-car garage. Super cute and homey, it comes with a full real kitchen, living/dining room, 1 office-den with daybed/twin mattress and privacy screen, 1 bedroom/queen bed, 1 bathroom, and a spacious porch overlooking a landscaped courtyard. Well appointed with quality furniture, persian rugs, linen and towels. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, mugs, glasses, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, mini-blender, plus a vacuum cleaner. One-car parking in enclosed downstairs garage, with washer and dryer. Too Cute has been set up in a manner that if we lived there ourselves, we would be very pleased. Guest access Too Cute has a separate entrance. Guests will have full use of Too Cute, of the 3rd stall driveway and its own washer and dryer in the garage. A gate and garage remote opener will be provided. The pedestrian gate is on opposite side of the main house. Other things to note Because the space has a FULL kitchen equipped with standard appliances plus dishes, knives, pots and pans, a home cooked meal can be had, if your time permits. A home away from home. NO AIR-CONDITIONING. ~2 MILES FROM BAY, NORMALLY MILD TEMPS. ATTIC FAN COOLS ROOMS DOWN WHEN OUTSIDE TEMPS REACH 80°F.
