Time for a getaway to historic Mystic, CT! Our lovely two bedroom cottage is available for you to enjoy. Take a short walk (less than half a mile) down the hill to downtown, and explore award-winning restaurants, as well as the adorable shops. Scenic views, a wonderful aquarium, and a walk through history at The Mystic Seaport make our town a very special place to visit. Enjoy walking distance to town, and enjoy your stay in our little cottage. This apartment is located in Mystic's historic district. We are on a small hill, please utilize the stone steps and railing. You will need to walk up stairs to our place, it’s a long ramp/stair path. There are stone stairs leading to the deck steps, with motion lights and a porch light should you arrive later in the day. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room. The second bedroom has a full-size daybed. Full kitchen with coffee, tea, and certain essentials for cooking are provided for you. A clean space, equipped with Wifi, smart tv's, and seats outside for morning coffee. The living room is a comfortable area with a pullout sofa, table, and a large tv. There is NO SMOKING in the apartment or on the property. Thank you! This is next door to a multifamily house. You can always reach out to me if you need anything. Laundry is located right across from the deck stairs, in the main house next door. Parking is on a lengthy stretch off the road next to the house, that is shared with other tenants. We have one private spot designated for the bungalow. There is almost always room down the rest of the off street space if you have another vehicle. If not, the street right around the corner has more room. Please call if you need anything, or have any questions! This is a quiet, historic neighborhood right around the corner from downtown. Our other long-term tenants have been there for awhile, and we appreciate respect for everyone. There are great trails in Mystic, and all are easily accessible- just ask if you are interested in exploring more of the natural places our location has to offer. Most of these places are easy to find. Uber and Lyft are also very easy to use, and the Amtrack train station is less than ten minutes away. This address says Groton, but I assure you it is Mystic. Mystic is divided into the "Groton" side, and the "Stonington" side. Our house is located right around the corner from downtown, Main Street.
