The space THE COTTAGE ( inquire about off- season rates) Come stay a week, or a weekend at our beautiful, clean beach house. We invite you to come relax, play in the surf, chill in the backyard, hang with family and stay a while! Our cottage has a modern kitchen and bathroom, central heating and AC, washer and dryer, closed in porch with a separate playing area for the kids and a seating area to watch them have fun. We have lots sand toys and a beach cart to help you get to the beach. There are also kids beach chairs available. 3 small but cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds, one bunk bed, and a queen futon in the porch. Bed linens and towels are included. Beach towels as well. We provide a beach cart as well to make your beach trips much easier. Also enjoy the beach toys and other beach accessories. THE BACKYARD New beautiful deck with comfortable sitting. BBQ and outdoor dinning table. Fire pit. Guest access Guests have the whole cottage for themselves, but the big locked shed where owner stuff are stored. Other things to note Check-in time is at 3 pm. Check-out time is at 10 am. Weekends: Check-in time is 3 p.m. on Friday. Check-out time is Sunday at 10 a.m.
