Upscale accommodations in the bustling urban setting. ***Deep, thorough cleaning and disinfecting before each next tenant's/guest's moving in*** ***Cleaning service every 4 - 6 weeks of all general/shared areas and spaces of the entire apartment is included.** This classic San Franciscan semi-circle room is light-filled with windows across the entire wall, with a fireplace and your own private entrance from the Post street. Shared bath with 1 person (other tenant/guest). The space This room is Single Occupancy. One overnight guest once per week is welcome. In the room you will have: - Queen bed in Italian gloss lacquer. - spacious armoire with hangers and shelves - semi-circle glass writing/computer desk - 2 chairs - 2 glass night stands - 50’’ TV with 100+ Comcast channels - clean linens and towels provided - wireless high speed internet - key-pad lock with your own unique code combination There are two other bedrooms in the apartment, so the common space (kitchen, living area, in-unit washer and dryer) is shared with two other tenants. Bathroom is shared with only one other tenant and it is kept very clean. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area features granite counter tops. Silverware, china, toaster, microwave, tea pots, coffee maker, and most basics for cooking at-home meals are provided. We guarantee clean, safe, and comfortable environment - everything is there for you to enjoy your stay. Guest access As a courtesy to other tenants, no more than one guest once per week is allowed. Exceptions could be made on case-by-case basis. Please discuss your extra guest requirements with the the host prior to making your booking. No pets please. We love them, but we can not have them at this apartment. During your stay I do not live at the apartment, but I am always "on-call" and connected to answer any of your questions. Other things to note ***Air Conditioner & Heater: There is no centralized air/heating system. Each guest has their own mini heater and a fan in their room. ***No smoking or drugs of any kind including marijuana is allowed within the household. Occasional reasonable amount of smoking on your private deck with the deck's sliding door closed is acceptable. ***Cleanliness: no street shoes are allowed to be worn inside the apartment in common areas as well as in the occupied room. Please wear slippers or home shoes to keep the area clean. ***Water use: There is a known drought in California, so we ask our guests to be considerate and to limit their water use to only what is necessary. ***Dishwasher: please do not turn on the dish washing machine unless it is completely full with dishes. This makes each cycle efficient while saving water and energy. ***Electricity - please turn lights off when you do not use or need them. ***" No loud music or noise is allowed after 9:30 pm on weekdays and after 10:30 pm on weekends per HOA. Please use your headset after these hours. ***Do not add locks, change or alter your security code locks installed on your room's door and/on on the main apartment's entrance. We respect our guests' privacy and we would never enter your room without your permission, unless there is an emergency, i.e. earthquake, flooding, fire, etc. *** Garbage: please separate regular garbage from the recycling and compost items (this is required by the city of San Francisco). ***Conduct: cussing, using foul language, unethical actions or discriminatory statements towards other tenants/guests are not acceptable and also against Airbnb's policy. If violated, Airbnb will be notified and guest will be asked to check out within 24 hours without refund. *** Please note that by accepting this reservation you also accept that you will be sharing common space with two roommates/guests/tenants. We do not discriminate against any backgrounds, nationalities, race, age, gender, or lifestyle. We ask that all apartment's residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. The expectation is that everyone maintains common shared space clean and organized.
