The Inn is a charming Victorian Bed & Breakfast located on three beautiful riverfront acres on the historical Winnepesaukee River. Our guests enjoy the personal courtesy of the inn keepers who carefully preserve this historic 1880’s estate to provide an outstanding experience. The space Carriage House Suite 1 King-Suite-Ensuite Bath Free WIFI Suite 1 is our one bedroom king suite that is cozy and inviting with buffalo checkered accents to compliment the men's hunting history of the carriage house, the sitting area is perfect for that down-home feeling as you enjoy a movie curled up together on the sofa, our suite offers a comfy king size bed, a pull out full size sleep sofa, private bath, cable tv, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and lovely Douglas fir walls. This room can accommodate up to 4 guests. We welcome your well behaved family pet to this suite. We even have a water dish and a small bed available. Please be sure to help your pet to our pet treats in the library over at the inn as you grab yourself a freshly baked cookie. We know how special our pets are to us and want to make your visit with us just as special for you and your pets! During your stay The Basiliere's became new owners of this historical estate in 2013 and they have dedicated countless hours and true passion to bringing this piece of history back to its original beauty and elegance! They are also very dedicated in making each and every guest feel like they are welcome, feel at home and provide them with a wonderful relaxing stay! A Full Breakfast is served each morning and the coffee is their very own blend, locally roasted and ground fresh each morning. Tea and Coffee are also available in the library in the evenings. As a better alternative to the hotel chains, we always take pride in our personal service, attentiveness, and genuine concern for the comfort of our guests.
