Stylish, modern and colorful, this is a beautiful apartment composed of 3 independent rooms recently renovated and decorated (Living Room + Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom) Ideal for a business stay, relaxing as a couple or with a small family. Non-smoking environment. The space – Bedroom: large queen size bed, with mattress topper. Choice of hard or soft pillows, duvets. Very large closet and wardrobe. - Bathroom with shower. Towel set is provided. - Fully equipped kitchen: electric stove, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, pans, saucepans, dishes, and breakfast area. – Living room with a sectional sofa and a very comfortable armchair. Smart flat screen TV, High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi), and Netflix. The environment is very quiet, and in the interest of good neighborliness, guests are asked not to party in the apartment. Guest access It's a private, self-contained apartment, which is occasionally offered to guests. The property is accessible 24 hours a day thanks to a specific entry system, as well as a coded key box. Other things to note For parking, there are 2 options Option 1 - Free outdoor parking (Parking card) You can use our free and dedicated parking space, located on the next street, 1 minute from the apartment. 4321 Papineau Ave., Montréal, QC, H2H 1T3 Parking is located on the south side of the building and is accessible via Papineau Street. Please pick up your parking card inside the apartment and install it hanging from your mirror on your dashboard. Make sure the number is clearly visible through the windshield. Option 2 – Street parking Street parking is also available for $8/day. Parking is available a few meters next to the apartment. How this works 1. Pick up your parking permit from the vending machine located across the street from the small convenience store (1 block from the apartment) 1501 Marie-Anne Street, Montreal, Quebec H2G 2C7 2. Enter the parking area in the borough --- PMR02 3. Follow the payment instructions. (Daily parking permit costs $8) 4. Print the ticket 5. Place the ticket on your vehicle's dashboard on the side closest to the street in plain view through the windshield.
