Georgian Bay Waterfront Oasis

Waterfront Cottage 15 mins north of Owen Sound on the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay. We have 150 feet of private shoreline. Enjoy the east facing view and stunning sunrises, relax on a lounger, go for a swim, fish off the shore or in the small row boat, have a camp fire and stargaze. Use our cottage as a jumping off point for many hikes along the Bruce Trail, Sauble Beach (35min), Tobermory (70min) and many more. Or just work from here while enjoying the great view and wifi. The space We have a two bedroom cottage with full kitchen and bathroom with many recent updates. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and the other bedroom has bunk beds with a single on top and double mattress on the bottom. The living room has an ottoman that also converts into a single bed. NEW for 2024! Now with mini split AC/heat pump. There's a propane grill outside on the patio and seating to have meals inside or out. The living area has a ceiling fan and many opening windows. Please help yourself to supplies in the kitchen and just let us know what needs to be replaced. The property also has a separate cabin where my family or other guests may be staying. We have two stand up paddle boards, two kayaks, a child's kayak, a canoe and fishing rods with some tackle and a selection of life vests for children and adults. Have extra people? NEW! Other things to note Guest access includes two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, a row boat, canoe (find it down by the water) water vessel safety kits, several life jackets in various sizes and two fishing rods. Please use at your own risk. Always have a pfd with you when using a water vessel, it's the law and fines are substantial.
