With the exception of the garage as it is used for storage. Other things to note Guest agree to use the pool at their own risk. The owners will not be liable for any injuries sustained on the pool / Patio area. If you would like to have the pool heated for your stay, the fee is $45.00 per day or $315.00 per week. Guest also agree to keep the back gate closed at all times. Razor escooters are available. The rental fee is $20.00 per day, per scooter. We have adult sizes and kids sizes. Escooters are subject to availability. It's best if you reserve the scooters prior to your arrival to ensure they will be available for your stay.
