Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery, brewery, grocery store. Explore Rochester, Letchworth State Park, Niagara Falls, and the Finger Lakes with this as your base. Good spot for visiting family and friends, attending events, or just relaxing inside or in the lovely yard along the creek. The space Your airbnb place is located on the second floor, so you will have a staircase -- railings and not steep. Many photos and paintings have been done depicting this Red Mill! It is featured on the Village of Honeoye Falls website. We don't rent to guests with young children because of the proximity of the waterfall and creek. No pets No smoking in house or yard No drugs No parties or events Ability to climb stairs (not steep) required because of second floor location There is NO hot tub (used to have but didn't replace for lack of use) Guest access Not appropriate place for young children because of unprotected access to waterfall and creek. Nice village for walks. We have parking for one car. Street parking is available. Other things to note We do have air conditioners in bedrooms.
