The space The Set Up This is a one bedroom, one full bath basement apartment. The second bed is an American Leather Sleeper Sofa in the main living room. This isn't your average sleeper sofa - it's is the MOST comfortable sleeper money can buy. We want every guest to feel as comfortable as possible and a good night's sleep is so important! The spacious full bathroom is newly updated with a full tub shower. The kitchenette comes equipped with Keurig coffee, cream/sugar, a microwave & toaster, a fridge, and an induction cooktop so you can whip up quick meals right in the apartment. You'll have high-speed wifi access and our large screen TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and tons of other channels to watch. NOTE: This space is a fully contained, private basement. Our family lives upstairs in the main house. You'll hear us and our young kids, but we work hard to maintain as quiet an environment as possible when you are with us! Guest access Privacy You have your own private entrance, separate from the main house so you can come and go as you please. Our smart lock makes check-in and out convenient and easy.
