A relaxing private garden patio with Adirondack rockers is located next to the carriage house entrance solely for the enjoyment of our guests. Use of the shady shed porch shown in photos is also free to use at any time. This clean and bright Craftsman-style garage apartment provides room for one or two with a custom linen sofa and queen-size bed featuring a luxury double pillow-top mattress, genuine down comforter, and clean white linens. High-speed wifi and a Roku TV with HD antenna (60 local channels), Netflix, and additional movie and TV channels are included. The space was recently updated with a pro mesh wifi system and the reception is top speed. The studio also features a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and storage, as well as a coffee machine for provided k-cups. Electric kettle also on hand. Real and disposable silverware, plates, and glasses are provided for guest use. The sole sink in the space is located in the bathroom. The apartment contains two closets, an additional closet to store luggage, and a vintage-style bathroom with tub seat. A storage cabinet stows away your toiletries, and plenty of towels and soap are provided. VOC-Free paint and EcoSmart flooring ensure good air quality for those with chemical sensitivities and opportunity is provided for guests to recycle their used paper, plastic, and aluminum. An eco-friendly heat pump heating and cooling system allows for whisper-quiet temperature control. The apartment utilizes a keyless entry system with provided codes that are easy for visitors to remember. Every one of our guests should rest assured that bedding and the rest of the space are thoroughly washed and cleaned with earth-safe products, and a bacteria-eliminating floor steam cleaner is utilized after each stay. Therefore, the available dates of April 6-10 are available to be booked as a special request because they equal a total of 4 nights. To request these stays of 4 nights or less between already-booked reservations, please "request" any open 5-night block and message us details. We will be happy to adjust the booking manually. This location is reserved for a maximum of two persons - either two adults over the age of 21 or one adult and one child, no exceptions.
