Located in Black Forest community and just 1 block from the boat ramp ($5 launch fee), enjoy a cozy, family friendly space. Whether relaxing on vacation or resting up for a fishing tournament, this studio style cabin is complete with everything you need and the perfect place to unwind. The property offers an outdoor covered patio, BBQ pits, and outdoor electrical outlet for boat hook ups. Pets are welcome IF KENNELED when inside. Please leave a $10 tip for housekeeper's extra cleaning. Thanks The space A cozy space with 2 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 set of bunk beds, a full bath, kitchenette, table & chairs, and loft space where blow-up mattresses or sleeping bags could accommodate up to 4 people. The outside features a covered walkway to a covered patio with a porch swing, 2 tables and chairs, BBQ pits for your use. Cabin is stocked with all that you need for your stay: Clean linens, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, mini fridge, microwave, 4 cup coffee maker with filters, 2-burner cook top, pots/pans, utensils, and set of my mom's plates, bowls, glasses and cups. You may want to bring extra blanket(s) during winter, towels for dirt/mud (PLEASE do NOT use our white towels for cleaning mud), lawn chair(s)... Guest access Cabin #1 is all yours, along with the outside covered patio and seating area. The outside setting is a shared space that can be use by other cabin guests as well. ***PLEASE do NOT use or occupy the owner's screened-in patio, RV/boat area, or garage area. ***Owner's do NOT live on premises. Please do not cross onto neighbor's surrounding property. Other things to note ALL SURFACES ARE WIPED DOWN AND CLEANED WITH LYSOL WIPES AND CLEANER. INCLUDING: DOORS AND DOOR KNOBS, LIGHTS AND LIGHT SWITCHES, FAUCETS, HANDLES, KNOBS, FLOORS, ETC.
