"Attitude Adjustment" is a luxury channel home with a walkway and floating dock giving access to the canal for your fishing and boating pleasure. Home features 4BR, 2BA. Short one block walk to Cherry Grove Beach. Everything you need for your beach vacation in a raised channel home with your own private pool. Guests will find all of the modern conveniences of home, but with a rustic coastal feel. The space A unique floor plan features two bedrooms upstairs and two below; each floor has a bathroom. Open concept on the main level; allows guests to enjoy kitchen, dining and living area together. The outdoor pool patio features a 12 x 24 pool and resort style loungers. The pool area is very safe for families with children (no direct access from house and secure gate around pool area). The pool is open all year long and can be climate controlled March - October (please inquire). Off the pool area is a walkway to a floating dock for your fishing and boating enjoyment. Gas grill, dining table and outdoor shower complete the outdoor amenities. You will be in the very popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach which is unique in that it has channel homes directly on canals that go out to the ocean and the beach is just one block away. Outdoor activities abound. Boat landing is just two blocks away or you can fish, shrimp, or catch crabs off the many walkways or the fishing pier. Shopping and restaurants are minutes away. Spend your day on the beach, boating, fishing, shopping or just relaxing at your own private pool. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home, pool/patio area and garage. The garage contains beach chairs, beach towels and floats all available to the guests. We have 3 kayaks that your group is welcome to use during your stay. A six seater golf cart is also available at an additional charge ($30/day). Other things to note The linens (sheets and bath towels) are washed, sanitized and individually wrapped. For our guests' protection, we want our guests to know the sheets and towels are cleaned, sanitized and packaged just for them when they check-in. We are dog friendly for up to two dogs. We do charge an additional pet fee of $150 and the pet will need to be pre-approved. We provide two large dog crates. The only things we ask is that you do not allow pets in the pool, on beds, or furniture and they have to be crated if you are not physically with them in the house. Golf Cart: The golf cart has a sticker for free parking in any North Myrtle Beach lot. If guest chooses to rent the golf cart ($30/day), the guest will be sent a Golf Cart Rental Agreement which will require signature.
