Rental unit in Toronto

I live here get up at 5am Monday to Friday go to work free use to all areas and dishes and appliances in the kitchen. Shared bathroom Bus stop at the front door downtown in 12 minutes during rush hour 18 in non peak hours jogging path in the back stretches 10 km 5.6 miles I think laundry in the building restaurants pubs and fine dining 1 to 3 minute walk grocery shopping the same everything you need at the front door. I allow smoking on the balcony but not indoors you share the space with me The space Its a casual place warm hang out do what you want. When visiting you may meet someone you wish too entertain here I have an open mind please do! No extra charge for a second guest after arrival. My place is your place while you stay here. I do keep this place this priced low the reason for that I like easy going people when you raise the price too prime I get people that want the world for them this is place too stay have a good time This not a place where you can work from home I have no home office Guest access Kitchen Dining room living room there is a shared bath. Your room is Private all yours. Mine is the same private place for everyone. There is no home office work area but there is a desk in the room if you choose to work there. I am the only other person living here other than you I don't mind for if you would like to have your own guest over for a visit I am an open minded guy During your stay You need directions to somewhere I can help I enjoy helping when I can there is lots to do easy access to anywhere from here and I can give you some ideas Other things to note I have a lot people staying here ESL schools are a 15 minute walk to Yonge and Eglinton i am cheaper than the residence they offer and you would be sharing kitchen space with me only! not with other people There is no home office or work from home option here unless you stay in your room work from there
