Roseville, MN LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This 3 bed, 1.5bath house is close proximity to everything! Also dog friendly! :) 11 miles to MSP airport 6 miles to downtown Minneapolis/US Bank Stadium 6 miles to downtown St. Paul/ Xcel Energy Center 5 miles to U of MN/ TCF Bank Stadium 4 miles to MN State Fair Grounds (Free shuttle to the State Fair grounds is walking distance from the house!!) 1.5 miles to Rosedale Shopping Center Walking distance to Northwestern University. 2 lakes close by! And close to many different restaurants! You have access to the whole first level of the house--kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, patio and washer/dryer! The kitchen is supplied with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. There is also a island counter top island with stools for additional seating. The living room has a few couches and a chair for seating. There's a Roku TV that you're welcome to use. No cable tv, but there is wifi! There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a a queen bed. And the other two have a full bed in each room. There's a pack and play and high chair for families with little ones! Dogs are also welcome! There's a spacious fenced in backyard. I just ask if you leave without the dogs to crate them or keep them in one of the bedrooms. I have two crates you can use (one large, one medium). Long term stays are welcome, just inquire and let me know how long you are thinking! :) Very communicative! Will be able to contact me via phone, email, Airbnb app. Great neighborhood, again great location! Close to many lakes, walking paths and bike paths. Within walking distance to playground and parks. I’d recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft! There is a bus stop at the Rosedale Mall that can take you to different parts of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
