Roseville, MN The space LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This 3 bed, 1.5bath house is close proximity to everything! Also dog friendly! :) 11 miles to MSP airport 6 miles to downtown Minneapolis/US Bank Stadium 6 miles to downtown St. Paul/ Xcel Energy Center 5 miles to U of MN/ TCF Bank Stadium 4 miles to MN State Fair Grounds (Free shuttle to the State Fair grounds is walking distance from the house!!) 1.5 miles to Rosedale Shopping Center Walking distance to Northwestern University. 2 lakes close by! And close to many different restaurants! Guest access You have access to the whole first level of the house--kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, patio and washer/dryer! The kitchen is supplied with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. There is also a island counter top island with stools for additional seating. The living room has a few couches and a chair for seating. There's a Roku TV that you're welcome to use. No cable tv, but there is wifi! There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a a queen bed. And the other two have a full bed in each room. There's a pack and play and high chair for families with little ones! Dogs are also welcome! There's a spacious fenced in backyard. I just ask if you leave without the dogs to crate them or keep them in one of the bedrooms. I have two crates you can use (one large, one medium). Long term stays are welcome, just inquire and let me know how long you are thinking! :)
