Old Oak Acres is 5 acres of rustic lodge feel w/ all the creature comforts, a beautiful view, & plenty of parking for your towable boat or trailer. Be our guest! Relax around our fire pit, cozy up on our inviting patio & enjoy the view. Fun to be had year-round. Paintball, hiking, boating, kayaking, wine tasting, skydiving, golf, antiques, shopping, snowshoeing, skiing & the fantastic annual Molalla Buckaroo in July! We are a short drive from Mt. Hood, Molalla River Corridor, Portland, & Salem The space Our guest suite is for adults only. No pets/animals please. We want our space to remain allergy-free. Our guests feel safe and secure while visiting. Our gated property is fully accessible with plenty of parking for all your needs such as large vehicles, trailers, or 2 vehicles. As our guest/s, you will enjoy a quiet and private oasis in our comfortably appointed 325 sq. ft. studio space with a private bathroom just one flight of stairs above our detached garage. Your space includes a new queen bed, plenty of pillows and blankets, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 32 in. TV (Netflix, Philo & Amazon Prime), fireplace, a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee, tea, or juice on your private deck overlooking the property. There is a walk-in closet with hangers for your clothes, a clothes iron/ironing board, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom has plenty of extra towels, essential supplies, and a hairdryer. Please ask us about meals, transportation, tours, boat rides, fishing, and kayak rentals. If you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know. We’d be happy to accommodate special requests, such as a bottle of bubbly, flower arrangements, or festive balloons. These can all be easily arranged for an additional fee. If you find you have forgotten to pack something or need something to make your stay a bit better, don’t hesitate to let us know. We are located in a wonderful rural, quiet, country setting. We have many things to do and see within a short drive. There are several beautiful country wedding venues if you’re looking for guest accommodations located within just a few miles. Camp Colton, Home Place Farm, and Colman Ranch are just a few. Check out our Guidebook for all the local spots! Guest access The private guest suite is located above the detached garage. The private entrance can be accessed around the back of the garage from both sides and up one flight of exterior stairs. Other things to note We have a very friendly/energetic charcoal Lab dog, named Alia. She will be out and about on the property at times and is brought into the house at night. We have egg-laying chickens. You are welcome to feed them and fresh eggs are available for purchase during Summer and Fall. Short showers are recommended. The 10-gallon hot water heater has a 20 min. recovery. Your guest suite has a small private deck with 2 patio chairs and a table just outside your door to enjoy. We have a large patio and comfy outdoor lounge set you are welcome to use as well as our firepit during the summer. Bring your hotdogs and s'mores and we will provide the roasting sticks and firewood. We will not accept any 3rd party reservation requests. 3rd party bookings are against AirBnB policy. Due to our rural location, we do not have transportation or delivery services available (No Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Doordash, food deliveries, etc.)
