The parlor floor includes Living Room with wood-burning fireplace at the font, dining area with seating for 10, powder room, sleek custom Corian kitchen & additional cozy family nook to the rear, opening onto the yard. The kitchen & family nook were designed as the heart of the home, with lots of counter space, storage and top-of-the-line appliances; stool seating at the kitchen island and a sectional sofa set around a flat screen smart TV (netflix, hulu, hbo). The yard has patio seating, a dining area and a grill with grass beyond. Two oversized en-suite bedrooms occupy the second floor: the Front Room has a queen bed, and Back Bedroom (the baby’s room) has a queen sofa bed w/foam mattress topper, opening onto the 2nd floor deck along with crib and rocker. Both have private baths and closets. The third floor is home to the Primary king bedroom with adjacent spa-like bath (complete with deep soaking tub with microbubbles. The yoga studio has been converted into an nursery for baby number two and now includes a double bed and rocker. Guests in this bedroom can share a bath with the rear bedroom below. Up a final flight of stairs to the roof deck for stunning sunsets and views of the city skyline including the Freedom Tower and Chrysler Building (for now… but the developments on the water are happening fast!) Multiple routers and boosters ensure lighting fast internet throughout the house. Central Fire & Carbon Monoxide Alarm. This home is equipped with a filtered air exchange system (can be set to Low, Med & High) and ceiling fan in the kitchen and bedrooms to circulate. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest, and we allow a minimum of 3 days between bookings as an extra safeguard. Available for short and medium term stays. Guest access You’ll have complete private access to the home’s three stories. Separate owner’s unit is on the cellar level. Other things to note This is our home where we live and we are always eager to share with folks who will enjoy the space, be comfortable, and treat it well. Our personal belongings are in the house and we have also cleared plenty of space so you can settle in. It is a new renovation with standard safety features and reasonable precautions (fencing around the roof deck and balcony, rubber mats in the tubs, etc. but it is not set up for universal access/ in accordance with ADA, nor is it childproofed or elderly proofed. Like any other private property it should be enjoyed responsibility and we encourage everyone to obtain travel insurance for added peace of mind.
