This charming farmhouse has all modern amenities set in a historic part of the city. Our home is less than 17 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Seven minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and within 10 minutes from the Porsche Headquarters, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Phillips Arena and Georgia World Congress Center, along with many local restaurants, bars, and other attractions within walking distance or a quick Uber drive. The MARTA station is 5 minutes away if you prefer. The space This bungalow has all modern amenities with the character that will make you feel like you are home away from home. The spacious kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals; and there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience. The three large bedrooms have comfortable queen beds so you can get a great nights rest. The three complementing bathrooms have hot showers and all you need to wind down after a day or night on the town. Towels and all linens are provided. Our high-speed internet, Roku TV, and cable is also available in case you would like a relaxing day at home. The home is very peaceful, quiet and private, and we would appreciate it if you keep it that way! Our fully equipped farmhouse kitchen includes oven, electric cook-top, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and all items needed to create a meal for family and friends. The lovely living room includes a large seating area with flat screen television that opens up to a spacious dining table and buffet. If you love sitting outside the front porch is charming and relaxing. Our back deck seating area and large backyard is for you to relax or watch your children run and play. Guest access The house is yours during your stay, so enjoy and relax. Our home is newly remodeled and we expect each guest to treat our home with love and respect. That includes removing your shoes upon entry of the home and making sure that you clean up after yourself and keep the home nice and neat during your stay. The entry to and from the home is keyless. Other things to note Please Do Not eat in the living room. Everything is brand new in the house. You will be responsible for any damage done during your stay. ((LADIES)) please remove any makeup before you sleep to keep from staining the linens. There will be an additional fee upon checkout if any linens are damaged due to makeup.
