It is home to two beautiful suites, the Main Suite which is a large three bedroom, three bath suite with large dining room and full kitchen, and the Carriage Suite which is a cozy one bedroom, one bath suite. Each suite has a private entrance and unique distinguishing features. The original home was located at the old Fredericksburg Icehouse. Noted builder, Tony Martin, used the beautiful beams, the kitchen and the sunroom as a base around which to build the current Hill Country style home. The third suite is the exquisite Lavender Suite, a romantic retreat that is just perfect for a quiet getaway! The Lavender Suite is located in the peaceful, back portion of the home and boasts beaded board ceilings, hardwood floors and fabulous furnishings! Guests will appreciate the amazing attention to detail found throughout. The open floor plan includes an elegant sitting area which opens to the full kitchen and dining area. The private bath includes a marble tiled whirlpool tub/shower combo.
