Two Private bedrooms/bathroom in Shared home

Two private bedrooms/one private bathroom in our home with comfortable beds (king & queen size), cable TV in room with King bed. PLEASE NOTE: You will share the home with my husband and I since we live inside the home but you have privacy on your side of the house. I do have another Airbnb listing on premises, but those guests have a separate entrance and it is unlikely you will see them. Please read entire listing for important information. The space Our lovely home is located on 1.5 acres of resaca front property. In the evening, you can watch the sun set over the resaca while sitting on the back patio. The resaca is not suitable for swimming, however some guests enjoy fishing in the back yard for catfish. Please bring your own fishing gear. You will often see Muscovy and whistler ducks in our backyard and maybe a green jay or two. Local conveniences include Walmart, various Mexican food eateries, Church's Chicken, DQ, Little Caesars, Whataburger, McDonalds and Dollar Stores. South Padre Island is a 25 minute drive. Space X (Starbase) is about a 40 minute drive to Boca Chica Beach. Harlingen and Brownsville are approximately a 20 minute drive. The Brownsville border bridges into Mexico are also a 20 minute drive. We are centrally located between South Padre Island, Brownsville & Harlingen. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, WiFi, and common living/dining room. There is also a washer and dryer available for use in the garage. We have plenty of parking on premises. The home is accessed with an electronic door code, so guests can come and go as they please. I will send you check in information the day before you arrive. During your stay Hosts live in the home and are always available to answer questions or be of assistance. Other things to note Just to clarify, this listing is two bedrooms with one private bathroom inside our home. You will share the home with my husband and I. We do have another Airbnb listing on premises - an apartment with its own entrance - however it is unlikely you will interact with those guests unless you happen to be headed to your cars at the same time. If you need a later check-out time, just speak with me and I will try to accommodate you. It will depend on timing of the next guests' arrival. There is a separate fridge available to guests for your perishable food. I have coffee/tea /snacks available, if you want it.
