My home is close to Retail, Gas station, Off Sale, Grocery, Restaurant and Bike Trail. You’ll love my place because it is clean, quiet and comfortable. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Kitchen, Washer, and Dryer are available upon request. Let's talk about it. The space Spacious and bright bedroom with a queen bed. My lower level is cozy, yet bright and airy. The large windows in the bedrooms provide natural sunlight and fresh air. Guests have a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and refrigerator available for their use. Washer, Dryer, and Kitchen are available upon request. The fireplace adds great warmth on cold winter nights. The walkout patio door provides access to a great patio with a firepit and beautiful landscaping. I have 2 bedrooms listed separately. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. If they prefer, the guests may use the main bath on the upper level Guest access Off street parking in the driveway. Guests enter through my front door. Keypad access allows you to come and go without worry of losing the key. Lower level stairs are just a few steps away. Lower level, walkout family room with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Large patio with fire pit. During your stay I am active in community activities, therefore, depending on what is happening in New Ulm, I may or may not be at home. I will always be available when needed. Other things to note Cleaning fee is included in the room rate.. This allows me to follow Airbnb's 39 page cleaning requirements. Airbnb now collects the New Ulm and State sales tax which is 7.875%, and I pay an additional 3% New Ulm boarding tax.
