We are conveniently located close to all major attractions. We are only 5 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort and about 15 minutes from Universal Studios. We offer free secured WiFi. This home includes a Living Room, full kitchen, 2 car garage that is converted to a game room, south-facing pool overlooking the lake (additional charge for pool heat), washer/dryer, and televisions with Roku in each bedroom. There is a Pool table, ping pong, foosball and a dart board in the game room. A children's playground and fishing docks are just yards from the front door. Bedrooms consist of a Primary bedroom with a King size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are two other bedrooms each with two twin beds. There is a pack and play, and high-chair available free of charge for those traveling with infants. Guest access Guests have access to the screened-in private pool. The patio has plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. There is a community pool for your use if needed. You are welcome to enjoy the community playground and fishing dock. Don't forget to take a leisurely stroll throughout the neighborhood and around the beautiful lake. Most of all take a few moments to view the sunset. You will not be disappointed.
