This home includes a Living Room, full kitchen, 2 car garage that is converted to a game room, south-facing pool overlooking the lake (additional charge for pool heat), washer/dryer, and televisions with Roku in each bedroom. There is a Pool table, ping pong, foosball and a dart board in the game room. A children's playground and fishing docks are just yards from the front door. Bedrooms consist of a Primary bedroom with a King size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are two other bedrooms each with two twin beds. There is a pack and play, high-chair, and umbrella stroller available free of charge for those traveling with infants. Guests have access to the screened-in private pool. The patio has plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. There is a community pool for your use if needed. You are welcome to enjoy the community playground and fishing dock. Don't forget to take a leisurely stroll throughout the neighborhood and around the beautiful lake. Sunset Lakes is a private gated community in Kissimmee, FL. It is conveniently located close to all major attractions. This quiet residential neighborhood is the perfect escape from the excitement of the Theme parks. There are a variety of restaurants and retail shops within a few blocks. Public transportation is available but not very convenient. I recommend renting a car. If you chose not to drive, arrangements can be made for a car service.
