A wonderful family place, not a party place. The space Outside seating for eating or just hanging around the fire pit. Share a 3 acre lot w/main house. Good place to relax and enjoy being in the country. Smoking is allowed outside. Comfortable down home setting. 10 minutes away from a great selection of restaurants and shopping. Guest access Come and go as you like. You will have total access to the guest house, pool and hot tub. Other things to note Parking is directly in front of guest house. Internet service itself is basic and not really adequate for streaming or "work from home." If you need to rely on internet service I suggest you bring a hot spot.
