All closet space, and high-speed WiFi bandwidth, belong to guests! Home has its original hardwood floors. Plush, new, area rugs are added for comfort and style. The Primary Bath has been completely renovated with a newly added shower. To complete the Primary’s spa experience, this bedroom even features a new, king-sized, Tempur-Pedic mattress. The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds. The hide-a-bed in the living room is also queen-sized. All furniture and furnishings are also new, including a 48" Samsung Smart TV in the living area, and 32" Roku Smart TV in the Primary bedroom. Included are expanded cable, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The kitchen is charming, and fully equipped, with gas oven/range, fridge with ice and filtered water, and garbage disposal. We even have new small appliances like a coffee pot, blender, toaster, Crock-Pot; also, a knife block, cutlery, glasses, and pots and pans, help to ensure a home-away-from-home experience. The majority of the houses in the area were built before the 1950s. They’re quaint cottages and bungalows full of charm and character. Neighbors are frequently out walking their dogs and strolling through the neighborhood. Homes in this area are only on the market for days as this area is so popular due to it’s central, midtown location, and neighborhood appeal. There is so much to do in this area, especially with Expo Square/Tulsa Fairgrounds being two blocks away. Utica Square, an upscale shopping and dining area, is less than 2 miles away (with a 24-hour Walgreens). There are so many restaurants and places to shop within a few miles. Walking to the Tulsa County Fairgrounds/Expo Center is very doable from this house, though. There’s always something going on there, including national and international shows: horse shows, home and garden shows, gun shows, car shows, the Tulsa State Fair, and the weekly Tulsa Flea Market. By Car: Tulsa’s a very easy-to-navigate city given its street’s simple grid pattern. Also, our highways are easily accessed from this home: I-244, HWY 51, HWY 64, I-44, all have on and off ramps within 2 miles. -Uber and Lyft are usually less than 4 minutes away. -Taxis are also available with a ride downtown costing around $10. -Car Rental agencies, including Enterprise (2.4 miles away) and Hertz (5 miles away), are very close. By Bus: Tulsa Transit bus routes are nearby, with many stops around T-Town.
