All closet space, and high-speed WiFi bandwidth, belong to guests! AND we were the first home in Tulsa to be registered through the City's newly regulated AirBnb law. This means a worry-free stay for our guests. Home has its original hardwood floors. Plush, new, area rugs are added for comfort and style. The Master Bath has been completely renovated with a newly added shower. To complete the Master spa experience, the Master Bedroom even features a new, king-sized, Tempur-Pedic mattress. All furniture and furnishings are also new, including a 48" Samsung Smart TV in the living area, and 32" Roku Smart TV in the Master. Included is expanded cable, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The kitchen is charming, and fully equipped, with gas oven/range, fridge with ice and filtered water, and garbage disposal. We even have new small appliances like a coffee pot, blender, toaster, Crock-Pot. A knife block, cutlery, glasses, and pots and pans, help to ensure a home-away-from-home experience. Each bedroom has a spacious closet, with hangers, and folding luggage rack. The hall/guest bathroom has a new bathtub/shower (with Delta fixtures) and a new vanity. The backyard is fenced and features a deck with patio seating. There's also a secured double-car garage. Guest access The entire home is yours, including a locking, double-car garage! Other things to note Our goal is to provide our guests with an effortless, enjoyable stay. We want to ensure your stay is full of traditional at-home comforts, with a few extra perks and amenities! We have installed a state-of-the-art alarm system and guests will be provided their own access code (which will expire upon check-out).
