Our home is in the country side but not limited to grocery,parks..etc.. The 401 & 403 exits are 10 mins away. Guelph University and downtown Guelph is also10 to 15 mins away. Its a shared home we live here also have 2 small dogs in case anyone allergic.They will not be in your space if that's going to be a concern. It's a separate entrance and room for a vehicle for parking. The laundry is not shared but I'm willing to accommodate if necessary. The apartment is an in-law sweet. The space Our place is situated in a very quite area surrounded by nature so if thats what you're looking for then here is the place to be. Guest access Guest has access to the outdoors where you can sit have your morning coffee or a cold beverage overlooking and taking in the whistling of the wind through the open forest. You might be lucky to see some wild turkeys or a deer. If nature is what you're looking to experience in your time away then look no further. Other things to note There are many trails close by for walking, hiking or biking. Running/ walking shoes recommended to enjoy the trails safely. We are also a short drive away ( approximately 22 mins ) to Puslinch lake where you can swing by for dinner at the lake or an evening stroll. Downtown Guelph is about 20 mins away.
