The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, two burner hot plate and coffee maker. We provide all bedding and bath towels for two people. Enjoy your coffee ( provided) or wine on the deck in the fenced in side yard. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please make sure you pay the pet fee. We also have a boat slip across the street that you can rent The space This studio apartment has its own private entrance and is located at the far end of the main house. It has one queen bed- perfect for a couple. The main house is also an Airbnb . The driveway is shared . Your parking spot is at the very end of the driveway next to the little black wrought iron fence and right beside the front door. Please pull in carefully and be mindful of the guests cars in the Airbnb next to you. If you have two cars please pull as far forward as possible in the driveway. Guest access Guests will have access to side deck and small fenced yard. We have a boat slip across the street and for a fee you may use that. You may also use the bikes. They are stored in the shack across the street and are shared with the guests in the Airbnb next to you Other things to note Please watch your step in the bathroom. It may be slippery after a shower and it has a small step that is between the sink and toilet. APARTMENT SLEEPS TWO. Extra guests must pay an extra fee and must be approved by host. If approved by host you must provide your own air mattress, pillows, blankets etc. ONE well behaved pet is allowed with $100 fee. Extra pet must pay an extra fee and must be approved by owner
