Secured building with cameras at all entrances. Featuring Eat-in kitchen includes refrigerator, Stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher. Clean linens, Hotel style wall units for heat and air conditioning. Smart TV in the bedroom. Coin operated laundry machines in the building. The space Queen size bed. Guests have access to all kitchen appliances. Please no frying with oil inside the condo, we don't have air ventilation system to the outside. Bottled water is available in the fridge. Coffee and tea also available. TV in the bedroom with free Netflix. Please use "Guest" profile. Guest access Outside of their bedroom guests have access to the bathroom and kitchen. I do not charge cleaning fees, so I only ask that guests clean up after themselves in the bathroom, or after cooking and not leave any dirty or used dishes in the sink. Other things to note *2 people maximum. There is extra charge for the second person and their information needs to be provided. * No kids please. *Free visitor's parking permit for one car in building parking lot is available and must be returned on checkout.
