Outside shower, with hot and cold water, to help you rinse off after enjoying the beach. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property. Other things to note It’s an easy 10 minute walk North on A1A to Tom Renic Park that has restrooms, picnic area, children’s playground and of course beach access as well as a parking area if needed. Beach wagon and chairs are included for your use. If river fishing is what your looking for, it’s a short walk North on John Anderson Drive to Rivershore/Oceanshore Fishing Doc and Kayak Launch.
