This 1200 square foot A Frame cabin is perfectly located near Deer Mountain with amazing access to the local ATV/Snowmobile trails and the local Mickelson trail!! It boasts a wood-burning fireplace, private deck with hot tub to a private forest view! You're only 5 minutes to the rim-rock canyon walls and waterfalls of Spearfish Canyon, or 15 minutes from Deadwood with taxi service! You can also be enjoying Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Keystone and more attractions in about an hours drive! The open layout of the A frame cabin is perfect to enjoy some time with your comrades. The cabin can sleep up to 8 in total - queen bed located in the loft, a queen bed in the main floor bedroom, and a futon in the cabin as well. Whether in the area to enjoy the local trail adventures, or just some rest and relaxation, Bobcat Retreat will fulfill your vacation needs. We welcome you on your next Black Hills trip! Guest access You get use of the entire property and it's contactless entry with either a door code or lock box. The property is located on a lot, so you have parking available at the property. Property access information will be delivered within the week of your arrival, but it's typically sent the night before arrival. Other things to note If you’re planning to ride your snowmobiles/ATV’s on the local trail system, a permit is required from the Black Hills National Forest. We'd be happy to direct you where to purchase them!
