The space - New, modern kitchen with gas range and all necessary appliances and utensils if you feel like cooking in. - Living room has a selection of board games and a large screen television with Hulu and Netflix services. - Master and second bedroom each with queen beds, plus 2 bunk beds in our third room. - Dining table with great views of Rocky Mountain National Park is great for family dinners or morning coffee. Guest access The entire home is yours, including the patio, grill, and yard. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We are a no-smoking, pet-free, allergy-free home. Please respect this. Evidence of smoking and/or ANY pets will result in an cleaning charge of $500 so that we can be sure our home is allergy free for ourselves and other guests.
