The Collingwood was built in 1882 and boasts quintessential Chautauqua charm. Inside the Chautauqua Institution, the house is surrounded by tall, shady maples. It is one block from the lake, with large porches for enjoying the gentle breeze or golden hour light through the trees. Apt 3 is a spacious 1-bedroom, and it is one block from the Athenaeum Hotel. The private porch has a dining area and wicker chairs for relaxing. ***Guests MUST advise upon booking if they wish to bring a dog.*** The space The bedroom has two twin beds and built-in closets with drawers and shelves. There is a private bathroom and stackable washer / dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dining table, dishwasher, fridge and two sitting chairs.
