This space is convenience at it's finest with a comfy queen bed, high-speed internet, smart TV (NO CABLE but can login with your TV provider to watch some channels) a large desk space to work, a fully stocked kitchen, and 1 free parking spot. Located in a large, secure apartment building that contains only studio apartments, the guest will be located on the 2nd floor. Perfect if you're in-between housing, traveling for work, or just visiting town! A 4-min walk to Newport Music Hall and steps from High St and OSU. Your safety is our top priority. We sanitize high-touch areas, down to the doorknob using only CDC-recommended cleaners and disinfectants. Housekeepers wear masks and gloves, and follow extensive cleaning checklists that follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio room and shared common area access in the hallway. Guests must be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building. Any smoking or excessive noise will result in Airbnb stepping in and asking the guest to leave and find a different accommodation. Other things to note Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it.
