Close to downtown, QEW and 5 minute drive or a quick bus ride to James St North, Hamilton Art Gallery, Farmers Market, First Ontario Centre and walking distance to Tim Hortons Field.  Super quick walk to bus stops with express bus routes available to McMaster, Brock University and downtown Hamilton GO train/bus station. 15 min walk to the Bruce Trail and Gage Park. The space It's a top level house apartment over 2.5 floors. Your private guest rooms/bathroom are at the front of the house off the dinning room.   This is a great space if you need privacy and workspace. There is a water purifier for drinking water. There is also room to stretch or do yoga in the sunroom or in the office.   There is no TV here and WiFi is reliable. Coffee and tea essentials are available in the full kitchen and also natural soaps/shampoos. Great if you in town for business/concerts/culture. Students and traveling nurses welcome. There is a small extra charge for additional guests.
