Comfortable, clean and cozy room with private bath in 1920s arts and crafts home. House has all the charm and a few quirks due to it's age, like a permanently stained tub. A shared kitchen, nice BBQ grill, and fully fenced yard. A short drive to Park City and the mountains. Quiet, safe neighborhood. NEW: added air conditioning due to excessive heat this summer. Smart TV, internet. Be aware we have a friendly dog to people, sometimes he’s wary of other dogs so short term dog stays only. No cats. When you arrive you will enter into the shared kitchen and into a hallway where your bedroom is located. The hall leads to the backyard and to the basement and is a shared hallway. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room and living room where the host lives. Guests access the home through the kitchen door and their room is in the hallway off kitchen. Hallway also leads to back yard which you are welcome to use. I am a self employed artist who works from home but also travels a great deal. I may or may not be there when you come to stay. And I am happy to meet your level of privacy as well. This charming Arts and Crafts house is on a residential street near downtown. You are walking distance from restaurants, shopping and groceries. Easy in and out of town to get to the mountains, Park City, Provo or Orem. Twenty minutes from Park City exits. Walking distance to many businesses, restaurants and entertainment. Currently the only transportation available is taxi service, Uber and Lyft Oversized parking available for a trailer or RV. Please specify in advance.
