The house is located in the Broadmoor neighborhood of Uptown New Orleans which is just about as centrally located as you can get. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Pretty much anything in the city is a 5-10 minute Uber ride and the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar line is only a mile away. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars located Uptown and the surrounding areas, some within walking distance. Audubon park and some of the iconic New Orleans cemeteries are located Uptown. The house is a three block walk to the Rex and the Mardi Gras Day parades, a mile from the Uptown parade route for Nyx, Muses, Bacchus, Orpheus, and many others, five miles to City Park, the home of Voodoo Fest and other festivals, and 4.5 miles away from The Fairgrounds, the home of Jazz Fest.
