This 1 bedroom suite has its own entrance and is completely private. The entire apartment is 300 sq feet. You enter into the living area which has a stove, fridge, couch, and a tv. City Permit HRP-113 Our guest apartment was made for people who want to spend a couple days or more in Tahoe. The kitchen is fully furnished with a built-in stove top, decent size fridge, and a deep sink. We live in the main house and are generally around to help with any questions or concerns. Our neighborhood is GREAT! The beach is 2 miles away and we're close the "Y" (it's an intersection) which features Cuppa Tahoe (super cute book and coffee shop which also has a co-working space), Verde Mexican Rotisserie (amazing food), Tahoe Aleworx (great pizza and atmosphere), and South Lake Brewing (fantastic IPA's and we actually had our wedding reception there). Transportation in Tahoe is pretty easy. We recommend biking or using an app like Lyft or Uber. Our location is amazing for biking, there are a lot of beaches within biking distance and the bike rides are gorgeous. No pets are allowed for allergy reasons.
