Comfortable Bedroom & Private Bathroom

Less than 2 miles to University of Michigan Central Campus, football stadium and downtown Ann Arbor. A very quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of street parking, close to restaurants and shopping. Bike, walk, drive or take a bus very easily. We are very flexible to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions or special circumstances just let us know. The house and room are quite simple, we try our best but nothing too fancy. Private bathroom. Room has a large fan and A/C. The space Large bedroom with its own bathroom. Queen size bed, soft carpet, comfortable recliner-chair. Tucked away on the other side of the house from us for a little extra quiet and privacy. Fan, space heater, extra blankets if needed. Basic amenities provided (towels, shampoo etc.). Strong wi-fi. *The second bed is an inflatable twin-size air mattress. 75x39x16.5 (300 lbs) This room has 2 steps to get into the bathroom. This room has limited natural lighting, especially in winter when the back door out to the deck is probably closed. It could feel like being below-deck on a boat. Nothing too unusual, just FYI. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, dining room and patio as desired. Please feel at home. We usually have some snacks available (fruits, milk, coffee, bread & cheese etc.) for guests arriving/departing late/early. Just let us know and we can show you what is available. During your stay We are a retired couple available when needed but relaxed and minding our own business. Other things to note We recently painted the house light green, but have not updated our AirBnB photos yet. We have 2 rooms available so there may be other guests in the house. We cook regularly so sometimes the house has (usually) delicious smells. Also, on Wed./Sat. mornings we are awake early to work at the local farmers market. We try to keep quiet but there may be some noise between 5-6:30am as we prepare to leave.
